You are welcome to use the App(Growth Battle). In order to use the services of the App, you should read and comply with this Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). Please be sure to read and fully understand the contents of the terms and conditions, especially the exemption or limitation of liability.

Service Confirmation

This Agreement is between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and us before using the relevant services, based on the understanding of the entire contents of this Agreement, on the basis of independent thinking to recognize, agree to all the terms of this Agreement and follow the instructions on the page to enter information. The user's behavior will be regarded as full acceptance of this Agreement and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the services of the App.

If you are under the age of 18, please read this Agreement and the other agreements mentioned above in the company of your legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.

This Agreement may be updated at any time, the updated terms of the Agreement once published that will replace the original terms of the Agreement, without further notice, the user can check the latest version of the Agreement in the App, if the modified terms of the Agreement, the user no longer accept the modified terms, please stop using the App immediately, the user continues to use the App will be deemed to accept the modified Agreement.

Service Content

In the process of using the App, the user is required to provide information about the minor: name, date of birth, gender, height, weight and other information, which is mainly used to assess the height of the minor, as well as to predict and monitor. The information provided by the user will be saved locally on the phone and will not be provided to third parties.

Software License

You may download, install, and run the Software on your phone. The license is limited, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable, non-exclusive and non-exclusive.

Restrictions on Use

You may use the Software in accordance with this Agreement, subject to compliance with local laws, regulations, policies and this Agreement. You do not have the right to, and may not, commit acts including, but not limited to, the following:

(1) Delete any copyright notice or notices and any other information or content in the Software.

(2) Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, etc. the Software.

(3) Use, copy, modify, lease or transfer the Software or any part thereof other than under the terms of this Agreement.

(4) Unauthorized use, copying, modification, linking, reprinting, compilation, publication, publishing, establishment of mirror sites, unauthorized development of derivative products, works, and services related to the Software by means of the Software, and other related information, including, but not limited to, the following acts.

Disclaimer

Users should consult a physician before making decisions using the information provided by the App client. If there is a misunderstanding of the content of the information and the situation is misjudged, the user shall bear the consequences by himself/herself, and the App shall not be responsible for any deviation if he/she uses the information of the client by himself/herself.

服务内容

用户在使用App过程中，需要提供的未成年的信息：姓名、出生年月、性别、身高、体重等信息，主要用于对未成年的身高进行评测以及预测和监控。用户提供的信息会保存在手机本地，不会提供给第三方。

软件的许可

您可以在手机上下载、安装、运行本软件。该许可是有限的、不可转让的、不可分许可的、可撤销的、非独占的、非排他的。

使用限制

您在遵守本地法律、法规、政策及本协议的前提下，可依本协议使用本软件。您无权也不得实施包括但不限于下列行为：

（1）删除本软件中的任何版权申明或提示以及任何其他信息、内容。

（2）对本软件进行反向工程、反向汇编、反向编译等。

（3）在本协议规定的条款之外，使用、复制、修改、租赁或转让本软件或其中的任一部份。

（4）对本软件的图像、文字等相关信息，擅自实施包括但不限于下列行为：使用、复制、修改、链接、转载、汇编、发表、出版、建立镜像站点、擅自借助本软件发展与之有关的衍生产品、作品及服务等。

免责申明

用户使用App客户端提供的信息，在做出决策之前，应先咨询医生意见。若对信息内容理解有误，而对情况判断错误，由用户自行承担后果，如自行使用本客户端资料发生偏差，本App不负责。
